Weight loss

My goal is to lose at least 50lbs, I’ve lost over 30 lbs already from working out in the gym at planet fitness and eating healthy. It feels good to not have the extra weight holding me back. It took a lot of determination and structure for me to get here, it is all worth the sweat, water, fruits and vegetables. LOL.
I’m almost there. I have about 20 more pounds to go.To those who are trying to lose those extra lbs, You can do it. If I can do it, you can do it, it takes discipline but in the end the results are worth it.💪I’m still going strong!
